My approach to coaching is to place a gentle hand at the client’s back, guiding them forward, encouraging and supporting their goals and aspirations… that might be in their personal life, in business or in the education of their children.
“I just wanted to say that Scott has been really good and coping so well. He still uses some of the skills you taught him last year and only occasionally has a little wobble. He has GCSEs this year so a testing time ahead but I am confident he’s in a better place because of his sessions. We wouldn’t be where we are without you so thank YOU!”

“Rebecca has an amazing way of connecting with the children in my class. She has a natural, nurturing rapport and a warm, friendly smile. She has worked with my year 6 children to help prepare them emotionally for their SATS and for their transition to secondary school. She gave them useful strategies to help them on their next chapter in life”.
M. G - Teacher - Worcestershire
“Thank you for your time today Rebecca, I thought the way you helped me look at my own behaviour was brilliant and so helpful. Your manner is great, you make it so easy to talk to you. You have genuinely made me feel positive and triggered me to think in different ways or at least to view things from different perspectives “
