Amanda has over 20 years experience in Sales, Leadership and Team Development, with John Lewis PLC,Thomson Holidays and Servier Laboratories being part of her Career history.

Energetic,emotionally intelligent,with a great sense of humour, Amanda is an excellent hands on coach and facilitator. She uses her NLP and strong coaching skills, together with focused business acumen to ensure company and personal goals are achieved.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is what ‘rocks her boat’ big time and she is accredited to run EQ-i assessments which have had transformational results for her clients, in particularly those in Leadership Roles. She believes that everyone deserves to work for an Inspirational Leader and loves working with Leaders to improve their EQ so them, their teams and their businesses enjoy success.
